The Carnival Bandleaders Association (CBLA) is a non-profit organization established in 1993 and comprises of 18 bandleaders who design and produce the beautiful costumes
showcased at the annual Caribbean carnival parade held in Washington, DC during the month of June.

The CBLA is committed to exposing the culture and heritage of the Caribbean to the Washington DC metropolitan area.
